My husband and I booked our stay with Sandals directly and I very quickly realized I would have rather had an expert on my side who was knowledgeable with all the ins and outs. I reached out to Lo through instagram and she got back to me immediately and we were able to transfer our reservation to her. Our whole experience continued to be extremely seamless and stress free from start to finish. She was very responsive and answered all our questions! We had a wonderful experience using her as our travel agent and we will definitely be using her in the future!

With 18 of us going to the Dominican Republic, Lorraine was on her game! From setting up dinner reservations to immediately contacting the resort when they didn’t have one of our guest’s names (turned out to be a hotel computer glitch). Although we had to cancel our trip due to conflicting scheduling, we still had a great experience dealing with Lorraine. Our family booked a cousin's trip in for 2020.
