Travel Services Offered:- Flight reservations
- Accommodation bookings
- Cruise bookings
- Transportation (car rental/transfers/tours)
- Electronic and PDF itinerary creation
Itinerary Services Include:- Restaurant suggestions (reservation booking/confirmation available upon request)
- Booking confirmation uploads
- Tour and activities bookings
Key Agreement Terms
Definitions
- "We", "us", "our", "Company" - Destinations and Beyond Travel LLC
- "You", "your", "Passenger", "Client" - The customer and anyone traveling with them
- "Parties" - Both the Company and the Client
Important NoticeBY BOOKING SERVICES WITH DESTINATIONS AND BEYOND TRAVEL LLC, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT.
The client entering this agreement is also agreeing on behalf of all travelers (spouse, family, friends, and any additional attendees).
Initial Agreement and Understanding
By signing, you agree to and understand:
- Vendor Terms: You agree to the terms and conditions of each vendor/supplier throughout your itinerary
- Travel Insurance:
You have been provided options to purchase travel insuranceLack of travel insurance could result in loss of some or all travel costs
You must review insurance options and select what suits your needs
Maximum coverage requires purchase immediately on the date of original deposit
All travel insurance is non-refundable
3. Cancellation Fees: You are responsible for paying any supplier/vendor cancellation fees (if applicable)
Products and Suppliers- We sell travel products from different suppliers and service providers
- Each supplier has its own terms and conditions applicable to your arrangements
- Destinations and Beyond Travel LLC acts only as an agent - we do not own or operate third-party suppliers
- You will enter separate contracts with suppliers for their products and services
Booking and Reservations
Booking Process
- When purchasing services, you make an offer to purchase an itinerary creation package
- Signing this agreement with the estimated quote creates a binding agreement for all itinerary creation costs
- Our email confirmation is NOT contractual acceptance - only acknowledgment of your offer
- Terms (price, availability, dates) are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier
- Once supplier confirms, tickets/vouchers will be issued and delivered by email
- Important Notes
Bookings will be fulfilled on the delivery date in your ticket/voucher unless exceptional circumstances occur
The contract is only for items confirmed by email with ticket/reservation numbers
Prices and FeesPricing Structure
- Prices quoted include fees and taxes
- Final price subject to change without notice until full payment received
- All prices quoted in United States Dollars
- Accommodation prices based on Run of House (ROH) double occupancy unless indicated otherwise
Additional Costs and Fees
- Airline cancellations, changes, and rebooking fees subject to carrier terms
- Post-purchase price increases may apply due to:
- Additional supplier or government costs
- Fuel surcharges
- Tax increases
- Foreign exchange fluctuations
- Airline seat assignment fees are your responsibility
Acceptance of these terms authorizes charging your credit card for additional amounts
Company Conditions and Limitations
Company Responsibilities
Destinations and Beyond Travel LLC shall NOT be responsible for:
- Value, reliability, quality, or authenticity of goods purchased while on tour or through suppliers
- Acts by third parties or mailing/freight/shipping arrangements
- Issues arising from substituted hotels, altered itineraries, or tour withdrawals due to unforeseen conditions
Company Rights
- Right to decline or accept any person as a client at any time
- Right to substitute hotels, alter itinerary, withdraw tours, and make necessary adjustments
- Exclusions (Not Included in Package Price)
The following are NOT included and are additional costs:
- Passport and visa fees
- Baggage fees
- Personal items and expenses
- Tips and gratuities
- Additional sightseeing tours not specified in itinerary
- Alcoholic beverages (unless indicated otherwise)
- All insurance (health, accident, lost baggage, trip cancellation) - strongly recommended for purchase
Travel Documents (Passports & Visas)
Passenger Responsibilities
IT IS EACH PASSENGER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO:
- Carry a valid passport
- Obtain/fulfill necessary visas, vaccinations, or travel requirements for each destination
- Ensure compliance in advance of departure date
Important Requirements- Passport recommended valid for at least 6 months after departure date
- Each passenger must ensure visa validity for time period specified for each country
- Refunds will NOT be issued if trip canceled/delayed due to invalid passport/visa or failure to arrive before boarding time
Legal NoticePASSENGERS ASSUME SOLE RESPONSIBILITY and hereby release the Company from any claims or damages resulting from failure to comply with documentation requirements.
Recommendation: Consult appropriate domestic and foreign governmental agencies to determine required travel documents for each destination.
Information Authorization and Warranty
Privacy and Information Sharing
By requesting travel services, you authorize us to:
- Obtain your personal private information
- Provide your personally identifiable information to necessary third parties for service delivery
- Share information deemed required as integral part of booking your travel
Important Privacy Notices- We use only reputable companies to book your travel
- We are NOT liable for how third parties handle your personal information
- We are NOT responsible for third party failures to protect your information privacy
Information Accuracy Requirement
By requesting services, you certify that all information provided will be accurate, complete, current, and not knowingly false.
Booking Accuracy and Legal Names
Immediate Verification Required
ALL PASSENGERS MUST IMMEDIATELY REVIEW BOOKING CONFIRMATION and verify:
- Passenger names
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Telephone numbers
- Dates of birth
- Pricing and airfare
- Departure/arrival times and airports
- Accommodations
- Organized activities
Critical Requirements
- Notify company immediately of any errors or omissions
- Passengers assume full responsibility for risks/costs of failure to report errors
- Names on bookings must be identical to those on all travel documents (passport, driver's license)
- Legal first and last names must be verified for accuracy
Airfare Terms and Conditions
General Airfare Conditions
- Airline tickets are highly restrictive, non-refundable, and non-transferable (unless indicated otherwise)
- Name, date, time, routing, or airport modifications at airline's sole discretion
- If permitted, modifications subject to substantial change fees
- Passengers responsible for ALL change fees and fare differences
- Company acts solely as intermediary between you and airline
- Credit card charged immediately upon booking, whether or not reservation is used
- No credit given for unused airline tickets
- Cannot be used toward future bookings
Ticket Details
- All tickets issued for economy class unless specified otherwise
- All travel round-trip unless specified otherwise
- Seat assignments subject to airline policies (may not be available until airport check-in)
- Tickets may or may not be eligible for frequent flyer mileage accrual
- Must confirm all bookings with airline 72 hours prior to departure (recommended)
Flight Connections and Delays
- Direct flights may be non-stop or involve stopovers
- Connecting flights may be subject to refueling, maintenance, or crew changes
- Ensure sufficient time for connecting flights between terminals or airports
- Travel to another airport at passenger expense
- Company will NOT reimburse for additional travel costs or missed flights
Airline Issues and Liability
Company is NOT liable for damages from:
- Airline timetable changes
- Seating reassignments
- Delays or cancellations
- Missed connections
- Mechanical problems
- Inclement weather
- Lost/delayed baggage
- Security delays
- Refused boarding
- Acts of God, terrorism, warfare
- Failure to check-in properly or on time
IF AIRLINE CANCELS OR DELAYS FLIGHT, YOU MUST CONTACT AIRLINE DIRECTLY to rebook and ensure timely airport arrival.
No refunds provided for trips missed or delays/cancellations due to airline discretion, weather, or force majeure events.
Prohibited Airline Practices
Prohibited Activities
PASSENGERS AGREE NOT TO ENGAGE IN:
- "Hidden-City Ticketing" - Disembarking at connection node on indirect flights
- "Throwaway Ticketing" - Using round-trip tickets for one-way travel only
- "Back-to-Back Ticketing" - Using multiple tickets to circumvent rules
Consequences of Violations
If tickets used in violation of these rules, Company and air carriers may:
- Invalidate tickets
- Cancel remaining itinerary
- Confiscate unused flight coupons
- Refuse boarding and baggage transport
- Assess actual ticket value (difference between lowest applicable fare and fare paid)
- Delete frequent flyer miles and/or terminate program participation
- Take legal action
Lost Tickets and Luggage
Lost/Stolen Tickets
- Passengers bear ALL costs related to loss or theft of airline or transportation tickets
- If air ticket lost/stolen: immediately report to police and carrier
Luggage Policies
- Each airline has own luggage policy
- Check with airline for weight restrictions and additional charges
- You pay airline directly for additional charges for:
- Checked or overweight baggage
- Golf bags, car seats, equipment
- Musical instruments, sporting equipment
- Oversized luggage
Baggage Liability
- Airlines liable only for compensation under international conventions and statutes
- For damage/loss: contact airline and declare before leaving airport
- Attach to declaration: travel ticket, baggage check-in slip, photographs (if available)
- Company strongly recommends baggage insurance
Refunds
Refund Limitations
- Limited refund rights if you change or cancel travel plans
- In most cases, NO REFUND once itinerary created and booking made/paid
- If final payment not received by due date: reservations subject to cancellation and deposits forfeited
- Due to itinerary creation labor, no refund will be issued
Cancellation Process
- Cancellation penalties advised at booking time and provided upon confirmation
- All cancellation requests must be sent in writing
- Must receive original voucher before any refund considered
- Cancellation fees charged to authorized credit card or deducted from supplier refund
- Refunds only paid once we receive funds back from suppliers
- We are not responsible for supplier's failure to pay refund
Travel Insurance
Professional Recommendation
As your travel booking agent, we have professional responsibility to recommend travel insurance to protect you and your vacation.
Coverage Options and Responsibility
- We offer coverage through certain carriers
- We cannot compare all policies or companies in marketplace
- This responsibility rests solely with you, the customer
- Advise you to research and find coverage fitting your individual needs
- All questions and concerns should be directed to insurance provider
Declining Coverage
If you decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept:
- Liability for any cancellation penalties, damages, and out-of-pocket expenses
- Responsibility for arranging and paying for medical emergency treatment while traveling
- You waive your right to this important coverage
- Confirmation will show "declined" next to travel insurance section
Important Insurance Notes
- Review confirmation for accuracy
- Call immediately if you believe you have insurance but confirmation shows "declined"
- Failure to contact us considered waiver of travel insurance
- Read policy when it arrives - contains important coverage and claims information
- All service requests must be filed directly with insurance provider
- Company cannot provide cancellation advice or claims processing assistance
- Company has no control over insurance provider coverage decisions
- Company not responsible for policy coverage, claims processing, or claim denials
Force Majeure
Destinations and Beyond Travel LLC shall NOT be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay resulting from:
- Strikes
- Theft
- Sickness
- Weather
- Acts of God
- Acts of terrorism
- Civil disturbances
- Government actions
- Acts of war
- Customs regulations
- Epidemics
- Quarantines
- Other force majeure events
Legal Provisions
California Travel Consumer Rights
If you were located in California at time of purchase, you may have the right to file a claim for losses with California Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation. Certain restrictions apply.

Choice of Law
California substantive laws (without reference to choice of law principles) shall govern this Agreement's validity, construction, and interpretation.
Dispute Resolution
1. Mediation (Required First Step)
- If dispute arises, parties must first attempt good faith mediation before arbitration/litigation
- Mediation costs borne equally by parties unless otherwise stipulated
- If parties cannot agree on mediator within 30 days, Superior Court judge appoints mediator
- Party resisting mediation may be sanctioned
2. Arbitration (If Mediation Fails)
- Disputes settled by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) commercial rules
- One neutral arbitrator selected by parties or AAA
- Discovery permitted
- Same remedies as court available
- Award final and binding
- Judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction
Important Legal Notice
YOU ARE AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, NOT COURT ACTION
- Giving up right to litigate in court (except to enforce arbitration terms/awards)
- Giving up right to jury trial
Agreement Completeness
- This Agreement contains entire agreement of parties
- No other agreements, statements, or promises binding
- Can only be modified by written instrument signed by both parties
- If any provision unenforceable, remainder of Agreement remains in effect
Acknowledgment
By signing below, you acknowledge that you:
- Have read and understand all foregoing terms and conditions
- Agree to them as condition to visiting our website, booking reservations, or utilizing our services
- Agree to not hold our company liable for any financial or emotional impact related to any aspect of the itinerary
Accommodation, flight, and tour costs are due based on vendor requirements and will be communicated via quote to the client.
